2. Handcrafted & Artisanal Variations

• Our wooden shadow lamps, incense burners, and decorative accents are individually crafted using natural wood, organic fibers, and hand-finishing techniques.
• Minor variations in wood grain patterns, natural tone, laser etch depth, and subtle handcrafting marks are natural characteristics of authentic craftsmanship, not defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST taxes.
• We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, and availability without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment clearance via our authorized payment gateway partners. COD is strictly unavailable.

4. Order Cancellation & Refusal

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing, suspicion of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or unserviceable delivery locations.
• Cancellations requested by customers are accepted only prior to courier dispatch.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
