At The Dastak (thedastak.com), every sacred shadow lamp, artisanal woodwork, and handcrafted decor item is individually inspected and carefully packaged with multi-layer protective padding to ensure it reaches your doorstep in flawless condition.
All confirmed orders are carefully prepared, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding national and festive holidays). Packages are handed over to our premier express national logistics partner (Delhivery Express).
Free Shipping on Applicable Products: We provide 100% Free Nationwide Shipping on all eligible items and special promotional offers across India. If any specific heavy, oversized, or discounted items carry shipping fees, they are transparently calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. There are no hidden fees.
100% Secure Prepaid Only: Due to the high risk of courier transit damages, fake bookings, and return rejections for delicate handcrafted decor, Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.
We accept all major secure prepaid methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through our encrypted payment gateway.

Once your parcel is dispatched, an automated notification containing your AWB / Tracking Number and a live courier tracking link will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and Email address.
Customers can request order cancellation strictly BEFORE the package has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner.
Once an order is assigned an AWB tracking number or has left our workshop, it CANNOT be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. To request cancellation before dispatch, immediately contact our support team on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
All Sales Are Final: Due to the delicate, handcrafted, and spiritual nature of our artisanal home decor pieces, we do NOT accept returns and do NOT issue monetary refunds once an order is placed and delivered.
We do not accept returns or refund requests for change of mind or natural variations in wood grain, tone, and texture that are natural characteristics of authentic artisan woodcraft.
While we take extreme care with shockproof, multi-layer protective packaging, in the rare event that your product arrives visibly damaged, broken, or defective during courier transit:
